Energise Sussex Coast, a not-for-profit working in the areas of energy efficiency and renewables, wanted a brand refresh. ESC had used a visual of the Seven Sisters cliff formation as their identity for some years but it didn’t reflect the work they were doing. The new identity needed to reinforced the organisation’s local community energy focus as well as innovation in energy generation.
The new logo works with a bright colour palette and uses simplified graphic shapes to suggest roofs, sun/solar, water/hydro and give a sense of a community space. The distinct elements of the logo can be reused in colour or white to add texture.
